Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven L&D Consultant to support the growth of our training and consulting services across private and public sector clients. This role is sales-focused, combining business development, client consulting, and solution selling.

The L&D Consultant will engage with organizations to understand their learning and development needs and propose relevant training and career development solutions. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, structured sales processes, and long-term career growth in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities with private and public sector clients

Engage with HR, management, and institutional stakeholders
-
Conduct discovery meetings to assess training, skills, and career development needs
-
Present Energy Nexus Academy’s training and consulting offerings
-
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and solution outlines
-
Support negotiations and deal closure
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Consultative Solution Selling
-
Translate organizational needs into structured training and development solutions
-
Collaborate with senior consultants and trainers on solution design
-
Act as the primary commercial contact throughout the sales cycle
-
Support account growth through follow-up, renewals, and additional services
Pipeline & Market Support

Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
-
Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
-
Support market expansion initiatives and partnerships
-
Gather client feedback to support service improvement
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in:

Business Administration

Education, Psychology, IT, or related fields
Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in sales, consulting, and client engagement

Clear and confident communication skills

Ability to identify needs and propose solutions

Professional written and spoken English

Comfortable working with international and local clients
Experience

Experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting, or services is an advantage

Exposure to training, education, or professional development is a plus
